There are 3 main Railway stations-Faridabad, New Town and Ballabhgarh. The development work being carried out is widening improvement of Mathura road.
The city is very famous worldwide due to Surajkund Mela, recently it had 1 Lakh visitors from all over the world. Surajkund is located in serene Aravali hills having Hotel Rajhans and Hill view. The quality of accommodation in both is just superb. You’ll simply enjoy the hospitality of Haryana.

The other legacy are the Badkhal Lake identified for improvement and conservation. Remember the song by Dharamendra & Hema Malini from the burning train “Pehli nazar main humne to apna dil de diya tha tumko” has been pictured on it’s embankment.

Numerous malls have opened up along with Mathura Road. The initiative was taken by Mr Gandhi, who has contributed a lot to make Faridabad cosmopolitan city by building Crown Plaza in tie up with Ansal Group. The plaza is conceptualized by Architect Jitender Saigal. It creates a functional micro-climate matching international standards. It houses kids play areas, Ebony, Spencer, Sagar Ratna and many other food outlets besides being a one stop shop.

SRS group has a very innovative mall. Besides this, Haldiram is available in Parasvnath mall. There are going to be about 30-35 planned malls.

Magpie tourist complex is also a favorite stop point for foreigners visiting the Taj.

My preference is strolling in the Sector 15 market in the evening. Town park is also very well maintained destination. In summers it is well cooled and air cleaned by numerous fountains. It has nice stadia, lot of colleges and best schools. Cheaper goods are also available in NIT Faridabad.

The green force

View my page on The green force
SmartClose: One More Advantage of the PC Over the Mac

SmartClose: One More Advantage of the PC Over the Mac

Blogged with the Flock Browser

A little care for the world

    Hi world,

Let's begin with a little care for each of us. Let's try not to grab the fruit but to share our knowledge. I'm sure we'll finally be benefited by being benefiting.

I want to give the best of my talent to the world and to optimize the future matrix. security-the thrust of emerging architecture are the basis morphing the
architectural matrices from colonial to fantasy.

We are diminishing the requirement of harmful construction materials
and quenching our thirst to go in for nature friendly processed
materials. There is a lot to regulate. We have to break away from cubes
and ornamentation to utilitarian aspects. We need transitional
finishing materials for covering the aesthetic visible shell.

Works

Organisation in unplanned cities.

I have seen a small city. Yes the quality of life is more natural.
Things of your convenience-ration, clothes and other household
utilities are within walkable reach-say just 200 m. More special
services and quite a lot of employer locations are just within 500m. So
why need a vehicle just spending ten times in commuting for a trivial
thing.

Manual transport reduces pollution and old courtyard houses save
a lot of energy keeping bills as low as $100/yr. Per capita
living cost is just $500/year. So what have we really
achieved by metros is what I really wonder.

Organisational Architecture

I have not worked in any large organization, still I offer an unbiased opinion.

Every business goes on reputation which is different from character.
The founder CEOs really have very good visions which become secondary.
But the one way “Order” communication has complicated the
organizational problems. How?

The face value of the senior “Order” becomes an excuse and gives the
employee “benefit of doubt” so that he can prove that the order has
been obeyed without giving the outcome desired by the end
user-”Customer”. Hierarchy aggravates the problem. This lack of
interaction in employee is a natural tendency as he may want “home
culture” in his corporate environment-or his colleague had taken an
advantage (not realizing if ha has himself unknowingly) etc.

Every service is time bound package-we need to invent a calculus
which would soften the rigid graphs and have a trend torch which will
show the way with different cadres in different colors. Often customer
feedback is the only key to narrowing and focus of the trend torch-we
have to come out of good and bad-to good and learn-implement-follow
equation. The employee will himself realize where he has to go to keep
it more focussed and competitively upwards.

We have to remember that only true formula is=A simple equation.

Architecture in daily life loop.

I wake up,
rub my eyes and find my spectacles in conveniently placed table near
the bed. The slippers are neatly stacked below the semi-cantilever bed.
Walking to the attached bathroom, i wash my face and shave on the
concave mirror. A ventilator above sprays a lot of diffused light.

Getting ready in a jiffy with a nearby cupboard, i take my
belongings on the reminder table at the room exit-to the sites. Or at
my workstation, which conceals the noodle wires through a gap in 2
loosely placed table, i have the flexibility to stretch my feet at 45
deg. All the drawers, alcoves, hardware, stationery etc are in my
vicinity. My desktop enabled working and surfing in multitasking mode
shifting at convenience. And suddenly then….

THE PHONE RINGS-the whole paradigm shifts to that created urgency
which i could have deferred by 2-10 minutes hence if i would have a
mail/sms and callback. This tempo would now take 20-30 minutes to
rebuild if there isn’t a second call. Clutter takes over the flow. The
voice mail was poor and not at all customizable to my requirements so i
shunted it out. I doodle on my internet trying to filter the crux of
the call and feel like the need to have a software which would record
the outcome and the action required and make me relaxed.

Architecture and designs take over-a few sketch downs and ups, cad
lines & edits. Every time a new line defines itself. No stroke can
be similar. Emails come and go, new sites are stepped on. New ideas
creep craving for it’s takers- A cup of tea-good time for feedback
calls to buyers & personal chats.

Hey internet-give us some color and plasticine clays to sculpt
buildings. Bit more-follow us on more complicated lines. Late nights
give heartaches wondering this lease of life will make the world more
innovative, I cantilever my feet like a portal frame and the sleep
dives like Le Corbusier’s modular.
